In about a second: the market range for that exact scope, the reason it's higher than they think, and the counter-offer already written. No sign-up to try it.

Why it can win

It solves, it remembers, it generates.

Two of those, any tool with a model behind it can do. The middle one is the part nobody can copy.

Solves

Reads the brief, prices the offer

Pulls the money, the shots, the deadline and the usage rights out of a messy email, then works out what the job is actually worth.

Remembers

Your rates. Your contracts. Your live licences.

After three campaigns the benchmark stops being a guide off the internet and becomes your own history. That is the part a competitor cannot buy.

Generates

Hooks, script, shot list, the reply

And it waits for your go before anything is sent. It never emails a brand in your name.

What it actually does

Four things that happen before you press record.

Every number below is computed from the brief you paste. Nothing is written in advance.

It tells you when you're being underpaid — and why

Not a generic rate card. It reads what they asked for and prices each ask: paid ads, perpetual usage, exclusivity, raw files. Then it drafts the reply with those reasons attached, so you aren't asking for more "because".

  • Rate scales with your history — starting out, mid-tier, established
  • Shows the hourly rate, not just the fee
  • Gives them a way out, so it isn't a no

It knows the category, so it knows the angle

Skincare, tech, food, home, fashion, health, fitness — it works out which one from the email, and every direction follows from that. Food at 45°, because at eye level it looks like a diner menu photo. Fashion with the camera at hip height, because at eye level your legs look short.

And what you can't say. Telling people a cream "clears acne" turns a cosmetic into a drug in a regulator's eyes — and you're the one saying it, not the brand.

The app listing what you must not say in a skincare campaign: no filters that smooth skin, no trending audio in paid ads.

Real output, not a mockup. The category was worked out from the brief, and everything below it follows from that.

It catches the missing shot while the set is still up

Drop your clips in and it reads each one off your disk — real duration, real dimensions — then checks them against the brief, one by one. A clip filmed horizontal when the brief said 9:16 is a rejected delivery, and you find out now instead of after you've packed up.

Every other tool checks after you upload. This one checks before you put the camera down.

The shot checklist: four shots covered by clips, one missing, and one clip flagged for being the wrong shape.

It reads each clip off your disk — real duration, real dimensions — and matches them to the brief one by one.

One shoot, six deliverables — and it tells you exactly which

TikTok, Reels and Shorts share the same canvas, so one file covers all three. What actually needs reframing is the feed, the square and the horizontal — and there it tells you to pad, never crop. Cropping vertical to horizontal eats 68 % of the frame and pushes your face out.

The sixth is the clean version with no captions, so the brand can localise it — that's what separates a creator from a supplier. You get the list, the exact pixel sizes and the safe zone as a sheet you take into CapCut. Shotmatch UGC plans the export; your editor does the render.

Your link

One link. Your work, your rates, and how to reach you.

A brand asks for your portfolio and you send a 4 MB PDF, or three TikTok links in a message. Neither of those closes anything. This is one address you paste into a reply.

It's built from your own numbers

The rate card isn't a figure you guessed at three in the morning. It comes out of the same engine that prices your briefs — your floor, your bundle, your usage-rights uplift — and it moves as your delivered count grows.

You pick from 24 palettes, each built for a different niche: cream for skincare, near-black for tech, sage for clean beauty. Not a colour picker. Palettes someone chose.

The video stays on TikTok

Your clips are embedded, never uploaded. TikTok, Reels and Shorts serve them from their own players, in their own quality. That's why the portfolio is free and always will be: it costs nothing to host what you don't host.

And on Creator+ you see who opened it and how often — which tells you whether that brand is actually reading, or being polite.

Why it's free, said plainly

Every portfolio carries one quiet line at the bottom: «Portfolio and rates by Shotmatch UGC». When you send your link to fifty brands, fifty brands see it. That line is the deal — you get the page, we get seen. No ads, no selling your data, nothing hidden.

Your brief, your contract and your clips still never leave your browser. The portfolio is the one thing you publish, because publishing it is the whole point.

Pricing

Volume is limited. Capability never is.

Between Creator and Creator+, only the limits change — not what the tool knows how to do. Everything that protects you is on the paid plans from the first one. Charging extra to warn you about a perpetual-usage clause would be the opposite of what this is for.

Counted by the week, because that is how a shoot week actually runs.

When you run out of replies, Shotmatch UGC tells you when they come back — and puts the upgrade button right there if you'd rather not wait. Nothing is blocked on a Friday with a deadline on it. Paying for the year is $290 instead of $348, and it's the same plan. Cancel any time from your account — it's a button, not an email — and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

Do my videos get uploaded anywhere?

No. Your brief, your contract and your clips are read in your own browser. There is no server to send them to, which is why we can promise it.

Do I need followers?

No. In UGC the brand buys the file, not your audience — which is why Billo, JoinBrands and Influee ask for none.

Is this legal advice?

No. Shotmatch UGC explains a contract and flags clauses that usually cost money. It does not draft contracts and it is not a law firm. For anything large, have a lawyer read it.

Will it email brands for me?

Never without you. It drafts the reply and waits. Nothing is sent in your name.

Are the rate ranges guaranteed?

No. They come from published UGC rate guidance and vary by country and niche. They are there so you can tell when an offer is far off the market, not to set an exact price.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your account, without contacting anyone. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
